Thank you to everybody who came along to see us at this year’s RWM Exhibition. It was a pleasure to see so many existing customers as well as a record number of prospective enquiries; we’ve never run out of brochures before!
The all new ISYS Mobile for Android was launched at the show and was very well received, with a number of orders placed. If you would like more information about any ISYS solutions, please contact us and we’d be delighted to come and see you.
ISYS Interactive Systems will be exhibiting at RWM 2015, on stand 4D76-E77 next week, 15 – 17 September.
We will be demonstrating all our software solutions that have been written specifically for the Waste and Recycling market, including our new Android app. We look forward to welcoming existing customers as well as potential new ones.
If you can’t get to RWM 2015, please contact us and we’ll arrange a more suitable time to come and see you.
ISYS Interactive Systems will be exhibiting at this year’s RWM Exhibition from 15 – 17 September on stand 4D76-E77.
The RWM is our showcase exhibition every year for our Waste and Recycling solutions, and this year we will be showing new products and features.
ISYS Mobile has been available for many years on the Windows Mobile platform. This year, ISYS Mobile will be launched to work on Android devices too. The new apps will work in conjunction with existing Windows Mobile units so that customers have the choice and running a mixed fleet is possible.
ISYS will also be showing the new customer portals for ISYS Weighsoft. There are a number of improvements, such as enabling online account payments and improved customer reporting as well as whole new cash sales order process.
If you are going to RWM, please come and see us and we can show you all of our solutions and demonstrate how they will help you deliver the best service and experience to your customers.
ISYS Weighsoft can link seamlessly to a number of on-board weighing solutions from manufacturers including Terberg Matec, VWS and new for 2015, Moba.
Weighing data is collected and displayed without any user interaction and if RFId is used, the data updates round collections. Weighing data is available in a number of formats, such as on a map, tabular data or in a pivot table in Excel.
There are a number of reports available and email alerts can be configured to automatically tell you if an overweight bin has been picked up or a bin on stop has been serviced.
If you’d like more information or would like a demonstration of ISYS Weighsoft, please contact us or come and see us at WASTE15 in July or RWM in September.
Development of ISYS Mobile apps for Android is progressing very smoothly. The main Waste app has vehicle checks, two-way messaging and tracking in testing and our team are currently working through the ticketing functions. Some of the new features and improvements include:
Vehicle checks give users the ability to take photos against an item and these are displayed within ISYS FleetEye.
Messages are displayed as notifications, even if you’re not in the app.
Tracking settings can be configured on a unit by unit basis.
ISYS Mobile for Android will be launched at the RWM exhibition in September, but we’ll be showing it at Waste 15 too. If you would like to know more, please contact us.
From this week (June 1), new European rules governing the classification, labelling and packaging of chemicals – known as The European Classification, Labelling and Packaging Regulation (CLP) – have come into force in the UK, requiring many hazardous waste chemicals to be assessed against a new set of criteria.
Following ISYS group consultation with our customers and hard work from our dedicated staff, we are pleased to report that all customers using the old WM2 classification were successfully migrated to the new WM3 in a timely and seamless transition.
The new Casio G-500, rugged handheld computer is getting launched in June and our developers are ensuring that a range of ISYS Mobile applications will be available, particularly the Waste Analyser.
The Casio G-500 runs Windows Mobile 6.5 and has a larger screen than outgoing models. The processing power and battery life is also superior, and the unit is considerably smaller, lighter with a brighter screen. We believe the G-500 is one of the best rugged handhelds on the market, without a printer.
Currently the G-500 does not have an in-vehicle cradle, however we are expecting one to be made available later in the summer. To find out more, please download the spec sheet, contact us or come and see us at Waste 15 on 2nd July!
