ISYS has a number of very experienced consultants who will manage your installation.  Our staff have a detailed knowledge of your industry and will oversee the implementation and training.

Training can be carried out on-site or at either of our offices.

To help guide you through an installation, we have produced a client installation guide that documents all the stages and lets you see the progress at any time.

On larger projects, our team will listen to your requirements and provide you with a detailed plan and proof of concept.  As well as offering development, our team of project managers can oversee installation and training too.

Support

Support is a key element of our solutions; we want to help you get the most out of our software.  ISYS offer packages for software support, backed up with a comprehensive SLA.

ISYS have recently invested considerably in support; we guarantee that there will always be a minimum of 6 technical support engineers available during support hours.  Customers also have the ability to log support calls online and track the progress too.
